* Service Commitment for the first year is required. Renewing your contract for another 12-month period thereafter keeps monthly dues at $49 and is recommended.  You may opt for a month-to-month contract (after the first year) for $69 per month. The website is not portable.  It is not a product that you purchase but instead a service that you use for a reasonable monthly fee

Faq's

What is a flash-based site?
Using Macromedia Flash we are able to create a dynamic viewing experience with more movement than the traditional static site can provide.

Why are these sites so reasonable?
Most of the cost is in setting up the files, which we have already done ahead of time. We simply update the flash templates with your content and images.

Do you have any HTML based template sites?
Not at this time, but we may consider offering in the future should we get enough interest.

What if I already have a domain name?
No problem. We just need to edit your DNS info to tell your current domain to point to our server.

What if I don’t want to switch my hosting?
Unfortunately, these sites are not portable and must be hosted on our servers as part of the service contract.

How many email accounts can I have?
All R5loft sites come with our basic hosting plan which includes 15 email accounts.

What information can you provide regarding the site’s traffic?
We will send basic statistics each month with your invoice. The stats will include all traffic, hits and referrals the site generated the previous month.

Can I add additional pages to any of the sections?
Yes, but this is a custom add-on.  We will be happy to provide a cost estimate once we have the parameters of your request.

How long does it take to develop the site?
Once we have all your items together (logo, images, copy, etc..) the production of the site will be approximately one week.

How many times can I make changes before the site is launched?
The set-up fee includes a maximum of 3 rounds of changes.

Will I have exclusive useage of the site after I sign-up?
No, our templates are non-exclusive usage and can be used repeatedly to different customers. Non-exclusive usage means that other people can use the template you have chosen.

Once it is launched, do I own the site?
No, you do not.  These are template sites that you use for the term of the contract (minimum of 1 year).   They are a packaged product offered with web hosting and maintenance, which enables us to offer them at such a low cost. We can build a custom site that you own, contact us if you are interested in this option.

What can I do to purchase the site?
These template sites are not for purchase. This is a cost-effective option when there isn't a budget for a custom website.  If you would like a site that you can purchase, please contact us.  We would be happy to provide an estimate for a custom website.

How do I make updates to my website, like change portfolio images or change contact info?
The package comes with limited maintenance hours to be used to update copy and/or images.  Simply give us your new images or copy and we do the rest for you.

When and how do I terminate the service?
There is a 1-year commitment period.  Termination prior to the 1-year commitment period is subject to an early termination fee equaling the monthly due times the number of months left in the 1-year contract.  There are no refunds of any part of the set-up fee.

What happens after the first year?
You have an option to renew your contract for another 12-month period.  This will keep your monthly dues at $49 (subject to early termination fee).  If you prefer to go on a month-month contract, the monthly dues will be $69.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Company check is preferred.

What if I need an e-commerce function?
We offer this as a custom add-on.  Just let us know what features you are looking for and we'll be happy to provide a cost estimate.  This can result in changes to your contract, of which you will be advised.
